PATTERN MAKING
Our pattern making designers works to translate customer's idea for a garment into a real piece of apparel that fits the human body in a flattering way. A few simple techniques have been used in pattern making for centuries, and some pattern makers prefer to keep things old school.
We adapted to new techniques in the art of pattern making, these new techniques turns a design sketch into a real garment. Our designers have moved on from flat patterns to making three-dimensional patterns on mannequins or in the digital world.
As you take a look throughout the apparel industry, it's clear to see that pattern design takes many different forms just as design elements vary from firm to firm. However, the basics of pattern making remain the same: This process is all about bringing a designer's dreams to life in the real world.
CUTTING
In the cutting room the spread fabric is cut into garments. All cutting operations are carried out by straight knife cutting machines, full production is send to the sewing room and subsequently the planned delivery schedule. All components of fabric, design, and trims are acceptable and correctly planned and cut, the next stage is to extend the cutting room programme to the sewing room.
SEWING
Quality assurance is performed at the end of the sewing line to ensure that the garment has been properly assembled and that no manufacturing defects exist. This labor-intensive process progressively transforms pieces of fabric into designer garments. The central process in the manufacture of clothing is the joining together of components, stitching is done as per the specification is given by the buyer.
EMBROIDERY
Our graphic artist digitize designs in house, vectorizing and upgrading flat images until meet our customers high standards. Our most skilled operators use multitude of embroidery backings, to fit each garment type, in combination with high quality threads and bobbins. Embroidery is performed using automated equipment, he latest top-of-the-line machinery, allows you to receive the high quality results often with many machines concurrently embroidering the same pattern on multiple garments. Each production line may include between 10 and 20 embroidery stations.
