Shirts Made in USA is committed to providing a variety of quality merchandise for customers, that includes Sublimation or Digital Printing. This is a process that allows for vibrant, full color, all-over prints that are exceptionally durable. With designs infused directly onto the fabric, they become part of the fabric itself. All of the design elements including florals, textures, animal prints, western designs, and much more allover print become a part of the fabric in sublimation as opposed to other processes like embroidery, where they’re “sewn” onto the surface. So, there’s no scope for the colors or logos to peel off or fade in sublimated jerseys!
FINAL PRODUCT
The printed fabric is processed to finally become a garment. In this case it was a t-shirt ready to sell online or in your store. Sublimation produces durable prints that outlast screen printing, are inexpensive, and the number of colors in a design is endless.
CUTTING AND SEWING
In the cutting room the spread fabric is cut into garments. All cutting operations are carried out by straight knife cutting machines, full production is send to the sewing room and subsequently the planned delivery schedule. All components of fabric, design, and trims are acceptable and correctly planned and cut, the next stage is to extend the cutting room programme to the sewing room..
REPEATS PRINT
Our graphic designers process the image to became print continuously. This allow any design to be printed from one to thousands of yards for mass productions.
COLOR MATCH
This is the process where colors are tested on the desired fabric, values and variables play an exceptional role during the step. Our technicians work hard to find the formula that matches the desired color for your design.
